I’m a cross-functional professional with a background in UX design, platform operations, and trust & safety, including experience working on large-scale systems at Google as well as hands-on roles in small and family-run businesses.

My career has taken me across different industries and countries, which has shaped how I think about systems, people, and reliability. I’m most effective in roles that sit at the intersection of structure and ambiguity — where good judgment, clear communication, and follow-through matter.
 

While I’m trained in UX and product thinking, I don’t see design as decoration. I see it as a tool for making complex systems usable, resilient, and humane — whether that’s a platform interface, an operational workflow, or a support process.

Outside of work, I enjoy hands-on creative projects and technical problem-solving, which reflects how I approach professional challenges as well: curious, methodical, and grounded.
